The city of San Franciso (CA-USA) has created the SF Approved List "to share the best in authoritative green purchasing information within City government and with the world at large." It requires that computers, laptops, netbooks, and monitors purchased with city funds are to be EPEAT Gold products. Servers are to be ENERGY STAR certified. The List does not appear to include green mobile devices.
